Truck 8 2003 Ford Excursion Powerstroke

This truck was from Montana and was primarily driven in snow. Banks intercooler, ram air intake, 6 gun, and exhaust. Customer wanted the rusty frame stripped and refinished. We usually dont do this sort of work, but took on the job anyways. And i was elected the job. Lots of sand paper, scotch bright, 15 cans of primer, and 15 cans of pro-grade black paint. I spent the morning sanding, taping, and priming the entire vehicle frame, cross members, leaf springs, front and rear axle, gas tank, and everything else underneath the vehicle. After an entire day, the frame and suspension components looked like new. I spent the day exhuasted, and dizzy from paint inhallation, but having a frame you can eat off is real nice.
First picture is the rear leaf springs w/ airbags.
Second picture is front frame section. And how Jeffersons '04 Superduty will look with the dual reservoir shocks.

8 inch lift, on 38" x-terrain tires. Front and rear lifted leafs/airbag rear. Dual Bilstein reservoir shocks on all 4 corners.
